Lianyungang Hongyun Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly Haizheng Foreign Vessel Overhaul Factory, which officially started production in October 1979 as a port supporting facility, is now a subsidiary of Lianyungang Port Group. The factory is located at No. 55, Yigou Operating Area, Lianyungang Port Zone, Jiangsu Province. It currently has a berthing line of 350 meters at the wharf. Our company mainly undertakes ship construction, ship dry-docking repair, and port steel structure fabrication and installation. We currently have one floating dock named "Wudangshan", with a total length of 143 meters, a total width of 34.7 meters, an inner width of 27 meters, and a lifting capacity of 6,000 tons. 

The main supporting equipment of the company includes one 20T all-rotating floating crane, one 50T and one 25T vehicle spare parts, eight movable docks, seven screw-type air compressors, four 26-meter high-altitude work vehicles, two high-pressure water flushing machines, one 150T wave-pressure power flatbed trailer, and a comprehensive workshop. The workshop is equipped with CNC cutting machines, rib cooling machines, rolling machines, semi-automatic conformal cutting machines, CO2 protection welding machines, 160T/400T hydraulic machines, 30*3000 coil rolling machines, 400-ton bending machines, cranes, boring machines, lathes, turning machines, iron machines, drilling machines, saw machines, 118-type pipe bending machines, pump testing equipment, and other corresponding complete welding and processing facilities. It also has complete welding equipment and processing facilities such as wet sandblasting equipment, mechanical time adjustment painting equipment, general manufacturing, assembly and testing equipment, flaw detectors, thickness gauges, coating thickness measuring instruments, etc. The company currently has 22 professional technical personnel, including 4 senior engineers, 13 engineers (intermediate-level titles), 7 assistant engineers (junior-level titles), and 1 senior technician. The company's registered capital is 100 million RMB. The company has passed the CCS classification society's quality management system (GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015) and occupational health management system (GB/T45001-2020/ISO45001:2018) and welding process WP5 certification, and obtained the third-level safety production standardization qualification in Jiangsu Province.
